Execution Score
Short definition
A daily measure of whether the team is actually working the queue, scored against the shape of a working day rather than a flat target.
01In practice
How teams actually use it.
Being behind at 11 AM and being behind at 4 PM mean different things, and a flat daily target cannot tell them apart. The execution score models the expected progress curve across an Indian working day and measures the team against where they should be by now, not against where they should end. That makes the mid-afternoon alert actionable: there is still time to change the outcome, which is the entire point of measuring execution rather than reporting on it the next morning. The components are weighted and fixed rather than customer-configurable, for the same reason the scoring weights are: a number two managers can compare is worth more than one each of them has tuned. Read it alongside response time on high-grade leads, which isolates the specific failure that costs revenue.
02Worked examples
Three ways it shows up.
- 01
A score falling below the threshold in mid-afternoon triggers a manager alert while the day can still be saved.
- 02
A team that is on pace by volume but slow on Grade A response scores worse than its activity count suggests.

03Check it yourself
How to tell where you actually stand.
Whether the recommendation was followed is a separate question from whether it was right.
- 01Take a day's intended call list and compare it against what was actually worked.
- 02Measure the overlap.
- 03Low overlap means you cannot judge the recommendation yet, because it was not tried.
