Morning Brief

Short definition

A daily 8:30 AM IST email to each rep and manager — ₹ at risk today, top Grade A leads, overdue follow-ups.

01In practice

How teams actually use it.

The Morning Brief is the ritual that turns lead scoring into a daily habit. Every weekday at 8:30 AM IST, each rep receives an email listing their top 5 Grade A leads, ₹ at risk today, and overdue follow-ups. Managers get a parallel brief with per-rep rollups. The Brief sets the day before stand-up, coffee, or any other tool. By 11 AM, the hot leads from overnight are contacted or on recovery paths.
