Analytics Dashboard

Short definition

The single view of pipeline health, grade distribution, ₹ at risk, source performance, response times, and rep behaviour, in one place.

01In practice

How teams actually use it.

A sales analytics dashboard is only useful if it answers a decision. Most report totals, leads this month, calls made, deals won, which describe the past without suggesting an action. The versions worth opening daily report distributions and money: how leads split across Grades A–F, how much revenue is at risk from stale leads right now, which sources produce Grade A versus junk, and where response time is slipping by rep. Reporting in rupees rather than percentages matters here, because a manager can act on '₹18 lakh at risk in Grade A' in a way they cannot act on 'conversion down 4%'. In Leadkaun this feeds the Morning Brief, so the numbers arrive rather than waiting to be looked up.

02Worked examples

Three ways it shows up.

  • 01

Source performance by grade shows which channel produces buyers and which produces volume.

  • 02

₹ at risk by rep shows where a manager's next coaching hour should go.

03Check it yourself

How to tell where you actually stand.

A report nobody acts on costs more than no report at all.

  1. 01List the dashboards your team can open.
  2. 02For each, name one decision made because of it in the last month.
  3. 03Any with no answer are consuming attention and paying nothing back.
