Follow-up Score
Short definition
A 0–100 per-rep metric: on-time follow-up completions divided by assigned follow-ups × 100.
How teams actually use it.
The Follow-up Score tells a manager how disciplined a rep is with their cadence. A rep who completes all assigned follow-ups on time holds at 100. Missing a follow-up drops the score proportionally. Rescheduling with a reason code doesn't penalise; silent misses do. Managers see the Follow-up Score on the Rep Performance card, alongside ₹ recovered and Grade A contact time.
Three ways it shows up.
- 01
Rep assigned 20 follow-ups this week, completes 18 on time → Follow-up Score 90.
- 02
Consistently 100 → rep is trusted to run autonomously.
