Source Truth Card

Short definition

An Analytics Dashboard card ranking every lead source by ₹ won — not by lead count — so agencies that send junk get dethroned by ones that send Grade A.

01In practice

How teams actually use it.

Source Truth is the dashboard card that answers 'which agency/channel is actually worth paying for?'. Instead of ranking sources by lead volume (which rewards junk senders), Source Truth ranks by ₹ won from that source over the last 90 days. The top-ranked source might send 50 leads a month (not 500), but they're Grade A + close at 15%. Managers use this monthly to kill bad spend fast.

02Worked examples

Three ways it shows up.

  • 01

    '99acres: ₹3.2Cr closed last quarter'.

  • 02

'Agency X: 500 leads sent, ₹0 closed — kill the spend'.
