Grade B

Short definition

The second-highest lead grade — a strong lead that needs nurture. Fit ≥ 55, Intent ≥ 40, Quality ≥ 50. Rep SLA: follow up within 48 hours.

01In practice

How teams actually use it.

Grade B leads are qualified and interested but not quite hot. They might have a longer sales cycle, partial fit data, or paused engagement. Grade B leads become Grade A when Intent spikes (e.g. a WhatsApp reply) or Fit improves (e.g. budget signal confirmed). Grade B leads should be worked within 48 hours and nurtured on a weekly cadence.
