Grade A

Short definition

The highest-priority lead grade. In Leadkaun, a Grade A requires Fit ≥ 65, Intent ≥ 60, and Quality ≥ 60. Rep SLA: call within 24 hours.

01In practice

How teams actually use it.

Grade A represents the hottest, most qualified leads in your pipeline. A Grade A lead matches your Ideal Customer Profile, has shown recent buying intent, and has reliable data. Grade A leads should be worked first every day — they close at materially higher rates than lower grades. Response time matters: Grade A leads contacted within the hour are far more likely to convert than day-later callbacks (HBR).
