Definition

Grade C

Short definition

A nurture-cadence lead. Fit ≥ 40, Intent ≥ 25, Quality ≥ 35. Weekly touches; not daily priority.

01In practice

How teams actually use it.

Grade C leads are qualified but early-stage. They might be researching, not ready to buy, or partially aligned with your ICP. Grade C leads should be on a weekly nurture cadence — not ignored, but not consuming rep time that should go to Grade A. A Grade C can jump to Grade B or A when engagement signals improve.

02Worked examples
