Quality Score
Short definition
A 0–100 score measuring how reliable a lead's data is. Valid phone (30) + email (15) + company (15) + inquiry clarity (20) + source reliability (10) — minus junk penalties.
How teams actually use it.
Quality Score is the gate against junk. A lead with a valid Indian phone number (E.164 format, correct carrier range) and a real company name scores high. A lead with test strings or obvious bad data scores low. Leads under 20 Quality are marked Grade F and excluded from the Priority Queue automatically.
Three ways it shows up.
- 01
Complete form: phone valid + email valid + company 'Reliance Retail' + inquiry 'looking for 500 seats of CRM' → Quality 95.
- 02
Bad form: phone '000' + no email → Quality 5 → Grade F.
