Grade F

Short definition

Junk leads. Quality Score below 20. Test strings, fake phones, or unusable data. Discard.

01In practice

How teams actually use it.

Grade F marks leads whose data is unusable. Phone doesn't match Indian carrier formats. Email fails MX check. Company name reads 'asdfghjkl'. Working a Grade F lead is actively worse than skipping it — it burns rep time that should go to real leads. Leadkaun automatically marks Quality < 20 leads as Grade F; reps don't see them in the Priority Queue.

02Worked examples

Three ways it shows up.

  • 01

Form submission with phone number '9999999999'.

  • 02

Enquiry text that says only 'call me'.
