Visit Google Sheets

What it does

Most Indian SMBs capture leads in Google Sheets, from ad agencies, website forms, or manual entry. Leadkaun's planned Google Sheets connector will poll your sheet and bring in new rows as leads, auto-graded A–F on arrival. This is on our roadmap. Until it ships, a Google Sheet export imports in seconds via CSV upload, same result, one extra step.

Wiring it up

4 steps, start to finish.

  1. 01

Export your Google Sheet to CSV

In Google Sheets, File → Download → CSV. Native Sheets sync is on the roadmap; CSV import gives the same result today.

  2. 02

    Upload the CSV in Leadkaun

Settings → Import → CSV. Leadkaun auto-detects column headers.

  3. 03

    Map columns and confirm

Drag each column to its Leadkaun field (name, phone, email, source, inquiry). Leadkaun pre-fills obvious matches.

  4. 04

    Review your graded leads

On import, each row appears as a graded lead A–F in your Priority Queue.

Questions

Ready when you are

CSV works today, regardless.

Until the Google Sheets connector ships, a CSV export does the same job. Import it and every lead comes back graded A–F.
