What the integration does.

For one-time bulk imports (agency lead lists, ad-platform exports, legacy CRM migrations), CSV upload is the fastest path in. Leadkaun streams the file through Supabase Storage + Inngest batch workers (BATCH_SIZE=500), handling 10,000 rows in under 60 seconds.

02Setup

4 steps.

  1. 01

    Prepare your CSV

    Required columns: name, phone. Recommended: email, source, date-added, company, inquiry. First row is headers.

  2. 02

    Clean phone numbers

    Indian formats vary (+91, leading 0, spaces). Leadkaun normalises automatically, but pre-cleaning drops 5–10% false duplicates.

  3. 03

    Upload via Leadkaun UI

    Settings → Import → CSV → drag and drop. Leadkaun previews the first 10 rows for mapping confirmation.

  4. 04

    Review the Import Insight Screen

    Post-upload, Leadkaun shows grade distribution, source breakdown, and junk rate. If 60% are Grade F, the source has a data-quality problem.
