In practice

Zero-Input Mode is the India-first design constraint that says: our product must deliver value even if reps log nothing. The scoring engine, Priority Queue, and Missed Opportunity Engine all run on ingested lead data (from CSV, Google Sheet exports, or web forms) without requiring rep input. Rep logging then layers on top to make it better, but it's not a prerequisite for value. This is how Leadkaun aims for far higher rep adoption than a typical CRM, which reps often abandon.

  1. 1.

Day 1 after onboarding: 600 leads imported via CSV (exported from a Google Sheet), all graded A–F, Priority Queue populated, rep has their day planned without logging anything.

  2. 2.

Rep starts logging calls in week 2, scores refine further.

Check it yourself

How to tell where you actually stand.

Every field a rep fills by hand is a field that will eventually be skipped.

  1. 01Count the fields required to save a new lead in your current system.
  2. 02Check what share of last month's records have all of them filled.
  3. 03The fields most often left blank are the ones you should stop requiring or start capturing automatically.
