Zero-Input Mode
Short definition
The product-design principle that Leadkaun must be useful from day one with zero rep logging — grading and queueing work on ingested data alone.
How teams actually use it.
Zero-Input Mode is the India-first design constraint that says: our product must deliver value even if reps log nothing. The scoring engine, Priority Queue, and Missed Opportunity Engine all run on ingested lead data (from CSV, Google Sheet exports, or web forms) without requiring rep input. Rep logging then layers on top to make it better — but it's not a prerequisite for value. This is how Leadkaun aims for far higher rep adoption than a typical CRM, which reps often abandon.
Three ways it shows up.
- 01
Day 1 after onboarding: 600 leads imported via CSV (exported from a Google Sheet), all graded A–F, Priority Queue populated — rep has their day planned without logging anything.
- 02
Rep starts logging calls in week 2 — scores refine further.

3-Tap Logging
The design rule that every lead interaction — call, WhatsApp, meeting — must be logged in 3 taps or less, without typing.
Sales Behaviour OS
A new category of sales software that shapes rep behaviour in real time — not just records activity. Leadkaun is a Sales Behaviour OS built for India.
This is the product behind the page.
Every lead graded A–F, a live Priority Queue per rep, and the ₹ at risk surfaced in real rupees — set up the same day.
Stop defining. Start scoring.
Leadkaun puts these concepts into practice — A–F grading, Priority Queue, Missed ₹. Setup the same day.
