3-Tap Logging

Short definition

The design rule that every lead interaction — call, WhatsApp, meeting — must be logged in 3 taps or less, without typing.

01In practice

How teams actually use it.

3-Tap Logging is the adoption hack that keeps Indian field reps using the tool. Most CRMs require 4–6 clicks and a modal to log a call. Leadkaun's 3-tap logging is: tap stage (first-reply, asking-questions, objection, meeting-booked, ghosted), tap intent (high/medium/low/negative), tap outcome (progressed/stuck/closed). Total time: 10 seconds. Reps don't break flow. Data capture rates rise sharply because reps actually log in-flow.

02Worked examples

Three ways it shows up.

  • 01

Rep finishes a call, taps 'Progressed + High intent + Meeting booked' — 8 seconds.

  • 02

WhatsApp reply logged with 3 taps mid-conversation.
