Quality Score is the gate against junk. Indian-aware phone validation (E.164, +91, carrier ranges), MX record email check, plausible company name, meaningful inquiry text all feed Quality. Bad quality isn't just a handicap — it's a disqualifier. Quality < 20 = Grade F = automatically excluded from the Priority Queue so reps don't waste time. Over time, Quality rollups reveal which sources send junk (e.g. 'Facebook Ads: 38% junk rate this month').
