What it does

For teams running B2B email outbound, Gmail integration links every thread to the matching Leadkaun lead. A rep's email open, reply, or meeting-booking increments the Intent Score automatically.

Wiring it up

3 steps, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Connect Gmail account

    Settings → Integrations → Gmail → Connect. OAuth consent prompts the standard Google flow.

  2. 02

    Enable per-lead thread linking

    Leadkaun matches by sender/recipient email; unmatched emails stay in Gmail only.

  3. 03

    Map signal rules

    Email open = +1 Intent. Reply = +10. Meeting booked (calendar) = +25.
