Unassigned Queue

Short definition

A catch-all queue for leads that aren't yet assigned to a rep — manager-visible, bulk-assignable.

01In practice

How teams actually use it.

Leads flow into Leadkaun faster than assignment rules can always perfectly route them. The Unassigned Queue captures the remainder: ambiguous ICP matches, geography outside default territories, manual entries without assignment. The manager sees the Unassigned Queue on their dashboard and can bulk-assign in a single click. Unassigned leads aren't invisible — they're just waiting.

02Worked examples

Three ways it shows up.

  • 01

Out-of-geography lead arrives → Unassigned Queue → manager routes to nearest rep.

  • 02

Bulk CSV upload of 500 leads → 50 land Unassigned → 1-click route.
