Leadkaun

How do I build a lead prioritisation system?

Short answer

Grade every lead A–F (Fit + Intent + Quality), rank by composite score (grade + overdue bonus + engagement trend + recency), work top-down every morning. Start manual in Google Sheets for 50 leads; automate with Leadkaun past 200 leads.

The long answer

Step 1: grade every open lead A–F by hand using Fit/Intent/Quality. Step 2: add a rank score column (grade_weight + overdue_bonus + recency_bonus). Step 3: sort descending every morning; top 30 is the day's work. Step 4: after 2 weeks of manual, measure the ₹ recovered, even a few reclaimed Grade A deals can be worth ₹1–3 lakh, which is what justifies automating. Step 5: automate with Leadkaun when the behaviour holds. Manual breaks past 200 leads because no one updates rank fast enough.

Check it yourself

How to tell where you actually stand.

Start from the disagreement, not from a tool.

  1. 01Have two reps rank the same twenty leads independently.
  2. 02Look at where they disagree and ask each why.
  3. 03Those reasons are your first scoring criteria, and they are already in the building.

Ready when you are
