What it does
Gupshup is India's largest WhatsApp Business Service Provider. For teams already on WhatsApp Business API through Gupshup, Leadkaun integrates via webhook to auto-log inbound and outbound messages, feeding Intent Score without rep taps.

Obtain Gupshup API credentials
Log in to your Gupshup dashboard, navigate to API credentials, copy the App ID and API key.

Configure webhook in Gupshup
Paste the Leadkaun webhook URL (Settings → Integrations → Gupshup) into Gupshup's webhook configuration.

Map templates to intent signals
In Leadkaun, map each Gupshup message template to an intent-score rule (first-reply template = +5, pricing-template = +10).
